The Microsoft Partnership Agreement is a digitally accepted partner agreement that provides instant access to various resources, tools, programs, and connections provided by Microsoft. You can join a community to enhance the growth of your business and build successful solutions for your customers. The agreement consists of a set of terms that enable partners, Microsoft, and customers to provide better data privacy and security in business practices. However, before you decide to become a Microsoft partner, it is important to meet the necessary legal requirements to ensure compliance.

The following legal requirements must be met:
Verification MPN ID
In case you have not shifted your MPN account to Partner Membership Center (PMC), you can migrate to Partner Center. Click here to learn how you can migrate to PMC and ensure that your MPN ID is active. If you don’t have an MPN ID or account, you will have to join the MPN program before verification. If the status of your MPN program is declined or pending, your account verification has failed.
Confirmation of Enrolment
The next step is to confirm that you are enrolled in the partner center. You will have to sign in to your account to check the status and ensure that it is active. For instance, if you are a CSP indirect seller, you can check your status under the program info section.
Signing the MPA
If you are a CSP indirect seller, you can sign the Microsoft CSP Agreement through the partner center with your account. However, if you do not see the green banner indicating that the agreement has been signed or the ‘accept and continue’ notice, you don’t have the authority to sign the MPA. You can also view and download the MPA prior to signing.
Verification of Signing
You will become the global admin of your company once you sign the agreement. You can check under the overview section to see the green banner for confirmation of singing. The green banner will indicate that you have been accepted as a Microsoft partner.
